surprisingly good stay!
clean room comfy bed thoughtful touch
the staff was amazing!!! i had a standard twin room. the location was very convenient. the room was clean when i arrived, and the beds were very clean and comfy. i also appreciated the thoughtful kit kat provided upon arrival, a very nice touch.
i noticed no teabags were available in the room.

The hotel enjoys a convenient location, placing it near essential amenities. The staff explained the self check-in well. It made everything clear. My room had fresh towels. I found that useful! The price for the stay was GOOD.
The room felt a LITTLE small. This was a minor issue though.

The hotel has a GREAT location, very close to multiple fast food places. Several amusements are easily accessible. The beach is just a short walk away. I didn't need a car.

a satisfactory stay
helpful phone call spacious room comfortable bed cold room room condition high noise
i received a call before arrival confirming my reservation details it was helpful. the room was neat i found it sufficiently spacious. the bed included fresh sheets and i found it comfortable.
my room felt cold i think the heating system wasn't working optimally. the overall state of the room was just acceptable i noticed some wear. the noise levels were high late at night there was some disturbance.

a few issues during stay
faulty shower persistent smell
The shower barely worked. it dripped more than sprayed. the smell of weed in the hallway was not ideal. It lingered all day. i wonder if anyone else noticed. The staff certainly didn't seem too bothered.

amazing location friendly staff comfy beds
i found the location really amazing and close to everything. the staff were so very friendly and eager to help with everything i needed. i was delighted the room was clean and the beds were comfy, it was so nice to have a peaceful rest.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet, but it didn't affect my stay.

staff provided quick assistance with requests, they were genuinely helpful. reception offered smooth check-in and check-out processes, it helped start and end my visit well. staff maintained a attentive presence throughout my stay, i felt well cared for.

complimentary tea and coffee were available in the lobby, i found it a nice touch. there was a lift to access the upper floors, i had no problem with my luggage. the hotel provided free wifi, i was able to keep in touch with family.

the room included fresh towels and toiletries, i felt very refreshed. the bed had clean linen, and the mattress was nice. i had a heater in the room, so i could adjust the temperature as i pleased.
